These are working applications, recorded on real installations — every screen a traversal of the AtomicDB grid, every rule enforced by a gate, every decision on the ledger. Watch them, then ask for a demo on your own data.

PEC CAMS — County of Prince Edward, Ontario

A construction and compliance management system built for the County, demonstrated with the County's current public projects — the County Road 49 rehabilitation, the long-term care home and the Wellington wastewater plant.

  • The law loaded whole — federal, Ontario and County by-laws — with a hash on every paragraph.
  • Tenders, bids and awards pass through gates, not forms; every refusal is written out with its reason.
  • Prompt-payment dates derived from the Act: 28 days to pay, 14 days for a notice of non-payment, 10% holdback.
  • A dated evidence pack answers "was this contract compliant on that day?"
  • Inspections generated from sections of the law; the site diary refuses entries on days work may not proceed.
  • Everything stays on the County's own server.

Law Firm — the three UK legal systems

The guide follows one fictional commercial warranty claim, built from synthetic documents, from intake to invoice. The corporate-litigation film shows the same dispute as a working session.

  • Matters open only through gates: client due diligence, conflict check, engagement letter, admission.
  • Deadlines computed under each jurisdiction's counting rules.
  • The client-money gate enforces the Accounts Rules; privileged documents cannot leave without a named waiver.
  • Each case has its own knowledge area — the engine itself refuses anyone outside the case team.
  • Evidence trace: supporting in green, contradicting in red. Ask quotes its sources and states its uncertainty.
  • First drafts checked citation by citation, waiting for a lawyer's approval. Nothing leaves the firm.

CAMS — projects & compliance

The general project and compliance platform the County and firm applications are built from.

  • Sales enquiry, requirement package and vendor matching — hard conditions first, then scoring.
  • Contract-net bidding and an award gate with two people and a stated reason for any refusal.
  • Timelines with earned value computed at read time; site tracking; ledger-driven notifications.
  • "Were we compliant on this date?" — for any project.

VINTNER — vineyard & winery

Grape-to-glass on AtomicDB: every vine, harvest lot, tank, blend, bottling lot and case traceable forward for a recall and backward for provenance — with VQA, excise and labelling rules enforced as the work happens, and the funding programmes a winery qualifies for computed from live data.
